Useful, human and respectful.
These Terms govern your use of CircleTrust. By creating an account or accepting the Terms gate inside CircleTrust, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. What CircleTrust is
CircleTrust is a Community and private-Circle service for genuine recommendations, questions, events, businesses and conversations. Community membership and Circle hosting do not create trust. Trust-related product signals must come from genuine human experiences and recommendations.
2. Your account
Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and do not impersonate another person. You are responsible for activity from your account unless you promptly report unauthorised use.
3. User-generated content rules
Before creating or uploading user-generated content, you must accept these Terms. Do not post, send, upload, recommend or otherwise share content that:
- harasses, threatens, bullies or targets another person for abuse;
- contains sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual sexual material, or sexually explicit content intended to gratify or solicit;
- promotes hate or violence against protected groups;
- facilitates illegal activity, dangerous wrongdoing, fraud, scams or spam;
- impersonates another person or deceptively fabricates recommendations, reviews, members, activity or social proof;
- shares another person's private contact, identity, location or other non-public information without permission;
- infringes intellectual-property or other rights; or
- is otherwise unlawful or materially unsafe.
Recommendations must reflect a genuine experience or a truthfully disclosed basis. Do not use CircleTrust to manufacture ratings, trust, referrals or endorsements.
4. Reporting, blocking and moderation
CircleTrust provides reporting tools for objectionable content/users and blocking controls for one-to-one interactions. Private Circle hosts may moderate their own rooms within product limits; CircleTrust may review reports and take action including content removal, account restriction or removal where appropriate. Hosts are facilitators, not trust authorities.
5. Private messages and calls
Direct messages and private Circle content are intended for their authorised participants. Do not record, publish or redistribute private conversations or calls without the necessary consent. CircleTrust live calls are not designed as a recording or transcription service.
6. Businesses, events and external information
Information about businesses, places, events, availability or services can change. CircleTrust provides Community context, not a guarantee. Verify time-sensitive, medical, legal, financial, safety-critical or commercial information independently before relying on it.
7. Intellectual property
You retain rights you have in content you submit. You grant CircleTrust the limited rights needed to host, display, transmit, moderate and technically process that content for the audience you selected and to operate the service. You must have permission to upload the content you submit.
8. Suspension and termination
CircleTrust may restrict or terminate accounts or content that violate these Terms, create safety risk, abuse the service or violate law. You may request account deletion at account-deletion.html.
9. Changes and availability
CircleTrust is evolving. Features may change, be limited by Community, device or platform, or be temporarily unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted service.
10. Contact
For privacy/data matters use the privacy inquiry form. For objectionable user content, use the in-app Report and Block controls so the relevant item/account can be identified and reviewed.
